The NAP Public Policy Committee invites all NAP members to participate in our in-person Capitol Hill Advocacy Day on Thursday, March 13, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to advocate for interprofessional healthcare directly with your legislators.

- Hill Visit Prep > 8am - 9am ET (Capital Hilton)
- Legislative Visits > 10:00am - 4:00pm ET (Capitol Hill)
- Hill Visit Debrief > 4:45pm - 5:30pm ET (Capital Hilton)
By registering, you are committing to attending Capitol Hill Advocacy Day. Please be aware that your registration is considered a firm commitment, and we kindly ask that you only register if you are certain that you can attend.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a NAP member to participate in Capitol Hill Advocacy Day? Yes, the in-person Hill visits are reserved for NAP members only.
Do I need to register for the Annual Meeting & Forum to participate in Capitol Hill Advocacy Day? NAP members are encouraged to register for the Forum, but it is not required to participate in Capitol Hill Advocacy Day.
Is NAP providing transportation to and from Capitol Hill? Registrants are responsible for securing their own transportation from the Capital Hilton to Capitol Hill and back.
If I register for Capitol Hill Advocacy Day, can I participate in the service project on the same day? Registrants are asked to reserve 8:00am - 5:30pm ET on Thursday, March 13th for Capitol Hill Advocacy Day prep, visits, and debrief. Due to conflicting times, you cannot also participate in the service project.
How are the groups formed? Registrants will be placed in interprofessional groups by region.
I want to participate but I have a scheduling conflict. Can I still register? We understand that unexpected conflicts may arise, but we kindly ask that you make every effort to attend the entire event. If you are aware of any specific times when you won't be available, please let us know when you register so your schedule can be planned accordingly.
